Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is charged on each booking and is payable directly to the owner. Payments are made via EFT before the checkout date. This deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after the check-out date, provided there are no breakages or damages to the house.
A R500 cleaning fee is levied on each booking.
It is a home, and we are asking for the property and the neighbours to be respected. Loud parties and any disturbances regarding the house and the neighbourhood are not tolerated at all.
The house can accommodate only 6 people and nothing more.
Smoking is prohibited, and pets are not allowed.
