Price Includes

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R20000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No parties or gatherings of more than 16 persons are allowed.

The alarm must be set when leaving the premises. If the alarm is not set guests are liable for any damages and losses incurred during a break-in. And all doors and windows must be closed, also the garage door.

No pets are permitted without prior consent.

Smoking indoors is prohibited. A cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit for any stains.

Loud music and noise are not allowed.

The owner must be informed of the ages of any children being booked.

Guests are responsible for closing the sun umbrella when not in use, as it can cause serious damage to property or injury to persons during high winds.

Please bring the cushions indoors when leaving the property.

Indoor furniture should not be moved to outside areas for any length of time.

The property and its contents should be left in good order. If additional cleaning is required beyond normal cleaning after check-out, a cleaning fee will be charged accordingly.

Catering or other services are only allowed by prior arrangement.

Eating and drinking in the bedroom is not allowed.

When leaving the house, the air conditioning, lights, and electrical devices must be switched off.

This property has a backup system for lights and plugs during load shedding.

Please do not use electrical appliances during load shedding as it will overload the system.

Cancellation Policy
