"Seaview is 'n stil kus dorpie ongeveer 30 min buite Port Elizabeth. Die kus is meestal rotsagtig. Ongelukkig doen graffiti op van die rotse afbreuk aan die algemene natuurskoon. Daar is mooi woonhuise, maar van die woonhuise in die ouer gedeelte toon redelike agteruitgang. Alhoewel ons niks persoonlik ervaar het nie, wil dit voorkom asof kleinskaalse misdaad, soos inbraak, 'n moontlike probleem in die area mag wees."
