House Rules

Please note the unit has stairs and is a no-smoking zone.
Small to medium dogs are allowed, but the garden is not fenced.
The village has an on-leash policy.
There is a flat screen TV with basic channels, and guests are welcome to bring their own decoder and smart card.
A DVD player with a variety of 400 DVDs is included at no charge.
Uncapped wifi.
The unit is not serviced for the duration of stay, unless specifically requested at an additional daily rate, and the unit would thus need to be vacated between 11:00 and 14:00.
If not requested, then guests are guaranteed that no one will enter the unit and that their belongings are safe.
