House Rules

The Cottage is fully enclosed with a fence; therefore, we do accept pets by arrangement only.

Pets are to please stay behind the Cottage fence at all times, and they unfortunately may not be left alone on the premises.

Please note that an additional cost applies per pet for the duration of your stay. This is payable directly to us via EFT 24 hours prior to arrival.

We do not charge a breakage deposit fee; however, before departure, host and guest will do a walkthrough together. Any breakages or damages are payable by the guest directly to the host.

Bookings made for the following year. Kindly note that rates will go up by 10% each year. This increase is not shown when bookings for the following year are made.

Any increases are payable by the guest to the host. We will be in contact should this occur.
