"SUTHERLAND Hier is die na amper dag, waar sterre vonkel en die maan blinkoog lag. Sirkels in en om die maan kom so naby dat mens dink dat jy amper langs dit staan. Waar strate nog nat kan dou en die kerkklok lui soos wat dit tyd hou. Skaapstertjies, oxtail en malvapoeding hartskos wat jou terug sal bring. Konfyt gemaak van fyn kambro Sutherland in die verre Karoo. Versteek tussen sand en klip, Daar sal sterre en planete nooit verby kan glip. Selfgeskryf: 2021"
