Hulle bied tamaaigroot karooskaaptjops met lekker vet uit Victoria-Wes asook tuisgemaakte boerewors aan. Dit was my bejaarde ma se verjaardag en toe die winkeleienaar dit gehoor het, het hy ons sommer 'n hele pakkie tuisgemaakte boerewors gratis gegee as my ma se verjaardaggeskenk! Nou waar kry jy sulke diens in die stad? Soek jy eenvoud en gerief gekombineer, rus en vrede en vars seelug vir 'n naweek, is Bettysbaai die plek vir jou."
