Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Cigarette smoke is prohibited inside the unit. A fine will be charged if this rule is broken.
Guests may smoke outside on the porch, provided the sliding door is closed to prevent smoke from entering the house.
No drugs, dagga, or any other illegal substances are allowed. No smoking of dagga is permitted inside the unit, on the porch, or in shared areas, e.g., pool. This is a serious violation and may lead to immediate eviction.
No visitors are allowed.
Any damaged items will be charged to the guest.
Beach towels are not provided; guests must bring their own. No towels, wetsuits, or clothes may be hung outside; please use the drying rack inside the unit.
We kindly ask all guests to use electricity sparingly and not to leave lights, heaters, or appliances on unnecessarily.
For long-term stays of 20 days or more.
400 units of electricity will be loaded upon arrival; thereafter, guests are responsible for purchasing their own electricity on the prepaid meter.
A cleaning fee applies and will be charged at check-out, not during the stay.
