House Rules

Children 1-13 years old welcome - 14 years old and above are deemed adults.

The breakage deposit is for 3 or more cottages booked. The breakage deposit is not included in the quote and is payable, in cash, on arrival. The breakage deposit will be refunded on the first business day after the inspection of the unit has been completed.

No smoking inside the cottages, only on the outside.
