House Rules

No alcohol abuse is tolerated and no narcotic substances are allowed No person under the influence of any substance will be permitted to enter the premises and such a person will be asked to leave the property immediately.

No loud music is allowed on the property
No large fires are permitted and making fires in windy conditions is strictly prohibited
Fires and hot coals may not be left unattended Only the Sable and Motel Rock units are equipped with braai facilities
The safety net over the swimming pool may only be removed by the owner and only when a responsible adult is present Please note that the swimming pool is reserved for use by Sable unit guests only
Children under the age of 13 may not use the pool without adult supervision
Guests are requested to adhere to the speed limit of 8 km per hour and be mindful of animals.
Smoking is not permitted inside the units or on the verandas
No-day visitors are allowed
Unfortunately no pets are permitted
Driving on the property is only allowed as part of the daily bush vehicle route
