Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement and are subject to specific conditions agreed upon before arrival. Guide dogs are welcome. Please note that no pets may be left unattended or allowed to roam freely on the property.

A microwave is available in the dining area. All meals must be consumed in the dining area; no food is permitted in the guest rooms.

Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 05:00.

To support energy saving, geysers are only switched on at specific times. Guests are kindly requested to switch off all equipment, including lights, TV, and air conditioning, when leaving the room. Failure to do so may result in an energy wastage fee charged to your account.

Only showers are permitted. Bath plugs are not provided.
